2. The product’s warranty period has already been extended.
3. The device model does not match the model eligible for the purchased warranty extension.
A: If the warranty extension cannot be activated, please check whether the email address used to purchase the extended warranty is the same as the email address used to register the product. The two email addresses must be identical for activation.
A: Please contact our official customer service at dreamesupport@dreame.tech, and we will help you update the SN on the electronic warranty card page.
A: There is no activation validity period. After purchase, you can activate it anytime before the device's original warranty period expires.
