Terms and Conditions – Extended Warranty Service
(for plans purchased after March 10, 2026)

1. Introduction

These Special Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") apply to the purchase of the "[Dreame Care - Warranty Extension] – Extended Warranty" (an extension of the manufacturer’s warranty period) concomitant with your purchases made for personal use on the “https://se.dreametech.com/” website or on the DREAME official online store application (hereinafter the "Website") and to the contract thus concluded between you and DREAME,(hereinafter, "we", "us" or "DREAME"). By subscribing to the "[Dreame Care - Warranty Extension] – Extended Warranty" manufacturer's warranty, you unreservedly agree to these Terms.

The extended warranty extends the original warranty period for Dreame products, subject to the terms and conditions of the Dreame Limited Warranty (see https://se.dreametech.com/pages/after-sales-policy).

The extended warranty period may be one year, two years, or any other term offered on the pages of the eligible products; once the transaction is completed, the selected term cannot be changed.

2. Availability

a) The Service is optional, chargeable and only offered by DREAME with respect to certain DREAME branded products purchased from the official DREAME online store (“Products”). The extended warranty period begins immediately after the expiration of the original warranty under the DREAME Limited Warranty.

b) The extended warranty can only be purchased in conjunction with the purchase of the product and cannot be purchased separately. Only one extended warranty can be purchased for each product.

3. Service Description

a) The Service provides an extension to the standard DREAME Limited Warranty normally applicable to the Products and is subject to the same warranty notice. However, this warranty does not affect the customer's contractual or statutory rights against the respective seller, which are free of charge and are not restricted by the warranty. b) Extended warranties may be available from other providers. You may also be covered under your household contents insurance or other policies that you may hold.

c) The Service is not an insurance policy.

d) The Service shall commence upon expiry of the DREAME Limited Warranty period and terminates upon completion of the specified number of years after the Service was purchased (“Service Period”).

e) During the Service Period, the Product will continue to be protected from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and use in accordance with the respective Product user manual.

f) The warranty only covers material and manufacturing defects that were present at the time of delivery.

g) The consumer shall not be charged (whether for parts, labor or otherwise) for the repair or replacement of a defective Product carried out during the Service Period by DREAME or an Authorized Service Centre.

4. What is not covered by the Service

a) The following is not covered:

i. Use of a DREAME product which is not in accordance with the “Usage Restrictions” in the User Manual;

ii. Use of a DREAME product in non-ordinary household scenarios, for example: cleaning construction waste, commercial cleaning or rental;

iii. Use of a DREAME product for cleaning in an environment with special adsorption chemicals, metal or other microparticles;

iv. Use of a DREAME product in an environment with corrosive objects;

v. Accessories and other consumable parts, such as filters, brushes, unless the consumable part has been damaged due to a defect in materials or workmanship in a non-consumable part of the Product(s);

vi. Normal wear and tear and decorative parts damage;

vii. Damage from pre-existing conditions that occurred prior to the Coverage Term;

viii. Damage from abnormal use, abuse, misuse, mishandling, neglect, introduction of foreign objects into the Covered Product, unauthorized modifications, or alterations to a Covered Product;

ix. lost or stolen DREAME Products;

x. incidental, consequential, or secondary damages, including loss, damage, or injury to person(s) or property, or delay in rendering service under this Plan, or loss of use during the period You are awaiting a replacement;

xi. failures that occur outside Sweden;

b) The product you purchased is a prototype, the model or serial number of which does not follow the serial number coding rule for a brand new complete machine.

5. Service Procedures

a) For inquiries regarding this Service, please contact DREAME customer service team in writing.

b) To request a repair under this Service, the consumer must do so by contacting DREAME in writing within the Service Period. You must provide proof of purchase indicating the date you purchased the Product.

c) The repair service is carried out by DREAME’s authorized service center.

d) In the event of a covered loss, We will repair or, at Our discretion, replace Your Product or damaged part with a new or refurbished unit.

e) Depot Repair

We will provide You with a prepaid shipping label for You to ship Your failed Covered Product to Our repair facility. Your Covered Product must be properly protected with bubble wrap or other protective materials, at Your own expense. We are not responsible for and have no liability for products damaged during shipping. Your repaired Covered Product will be mailed back to You at no charge. All repairs must be authorized by the Administrator prior to performance of work or else claims may be denied.

f) Replacement

If Your Covered Product cannot be repaired and is eligible for replacement, We will provide You with a prepaid shipping label for You to ship Your failed Covered Product to Our facility. Your Covered Product must be properly protected with bubble wrap or other protective materials at Your own expense. If the claim to Your Covered Product is covered, a replacement unit will be mailed to You at no charge, or we will issue refund to you. The benefits derived by you are not to be surrendered or replaced by their value.

6. Limitation

a) DERAME will not be liable for any loss or damage caused wholly or mainly by your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

b) To the extent permitted by local laws, DREAME shall not be liable for any loss which is not a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a breach by DREAME of these Terms and Conditions. As a consumer your use of the Product shall be non-commercial. DREAME shall therefore not be liable to you for any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings contracts or time arising out of your use of or inability to use the Product.

c) Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit DREAME’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

d) DREAME is not responsible for delays outside its control. If our fulfillment of the Service is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.

e) In any event, DREAME and its supplier’s liability under this warranty shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the consumer for the Product or the current replacement value, whichever is greater.

7. Miscellaneous

a) Cancellation Policy

Your right to cancel this Extended Warranty service is governed by the following terms.

i. Statutory Withdrawal Right

You have a legal right of withdrawal for 14 days from the date of purchase. Exercising this right within this period will result in a full refund of the purchase price.

ii. Standard Cancellation Right

Following the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period, you retain the right to cancel the service at any time during its term.

iii. Refund Calculation

Cancellation within 14 days: You will receive a full refund.

Cancellation after 14 days or use of the service within these 14 days: Refunds are calculated on a pro - rata basis for the unexpired term of the service, using the formula: (Purchase Price / Total Coverage Days) x Remaining Days. A reasonable administration fee may be deducted from the refund amount in such cases. This fee is to cover the operational costs associated with processing the cancellation and refund.

iv. Administration Fee

The administration fee will be either a fixed amount of €20 or 20% of the pro-rata refund amount, whichever is lower. This ensures the fee remains proportionate and reasonable.

v. Cancellation Method

Cancellation must be effected by submitting a clear statement to us via the designated channel within your account management panel or by contacting our customer service department in writing.

b) Territories

The sale of this Plan is limited to the geographic area of Sweden only.

c) Entire Agreement

This Plan, together with Your Purchase Confirmation, shall collectively constitute the entire agreement relating to Your extended warranty. These documents will confirm Your eligibility to receive service under this Plan. No verbal or written representations by any Selling Retailer or marketing materials outside of this Plan shall be of any legal effect to this Plan.

d) Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
